UK shipping
We offer free UK shipping via 2nd Class with delivery in 3-4 business days.
If you need your order more urgently, you're welcome to upgrade to 1st Class, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery at checkout. These expedited services are available at cost.
All orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
International shipping
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. European customers can expect delivery within 6 to 7 business days, while those in the Rest of the World (USA, South America, Asia, etc) can expect delivery within 7 to 9 business days.
Please note that this may be extended depending on the processes of the UK customs authority and the customs authority of the country you reside in. Customs on either side often hold parcels to ensure they are legitimate and legal to leave/enter the country.
While we do our best to adhere to best shipping practices, international orders are often subject to delays that are outside of our control.
Import duties and exclusions
We do not collect import tax or other customs duties in advance. We bear no responsibility for any delays that may occur due to customs holding your order. You are responsible for paying any customs fees or duties that are due.
We're proud to supply tabletop gamers across the world. We can ship to customers all over the world, excluding countries subject to sanctions. For the full list of countries we can't ship to, you can find these on Royal Mail.

Christmas cut-off dates
With Christmas rapidly approaching, it's important to be aware of the cut-off dates.
If you'd like to receive your order before Christmas, it's important to order before the below dates. The first table is for UK customers.

Packaging
Most of our items will be sent in a padded bubble envelope. Certain larger products may be sent in a cardboard box. Our products are discreetly and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
