Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us.
If you wish to exchange your dice then please contact us with details of your order and the set you'd like to exchange it for, and we will be able to help.
We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the process of their return. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping, and to ensure the return is securely packaged so as to prevent damage during transit. It is also your responsibility to send any items in the same condition as you received them in.
We reserve the right to amend our Refund policy at our discretion.
Damaged items
We do our best to package orders appropriately, however, the way the courier service handles items is beyond our control. If your order has arrived damaged, we hope you understand that it was likely beyond our control.
If your order is damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos as evidence. We will be able to help resolve the issue.
Lost orders
Orders are shipped with the appropriate level of insurance and proof of postage. Should your order fail to arrive, please ensure:
- You have checked any relevant safe places (e.g. behind the bins, porch)
- Your neighbours have not taken the parcel on your behalf
- Someone else at your address hasn't taken the parcel
- You haven't received a "we missed you" postage slip, which has details on how to re-arrange delivery (UK only)
Please note that we can only legally consider an order to be lost after 14 working days from which it was shipped.
